Impetus-Research was incorporated in June 2006. The Impetus-Research team constitutes of seasoned marketing research professionals with extensive Domestic & International experience. Our core team has over 70 years of combined experience in Marketing Research and Knowledge Processes. Each of the team members have extensive “hands on” experience conducting numerous multi country marketing research projects.

Impetus-Research management has gained rich multi-function experience through their senior level association with Global Market Research leaders such as Nielsen, TNS Global, NFO WorldGroup, and leading KPO’s like Evalueserve and management consultancies like McKinsey & Company.
We pride ourselves on being innovative and modern in our approach. We make all out efforts to understand our client’s requirements and suggest effective solutions based on our experience and understanding of the markets we research.

Impetus Research controls a team strength of over 250 members, which include Senior Management, Project Managers, Analysts, CATI Interviewers, Data Processing & Survey Programming team and contractual interviewers spread across India.
Our primary executive locations are in the 4 metropolitan cities across the 4 zones i.e. New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata.
However with local teams based across 30 cities in India, Impetus Research has pan India coverage for Face to Face interviews and qualitative research.

  • 30 seat CATI centre in Kolkata.
  • 15 seat CATI centre based in Lucknow dedicatedly caters to our tracking study being conducted across 6 countries in Middle East. All the 25 seats dial out in Arabic and Farsi languages.
